Econocom pays special attention to gender equality among its staff and encourages the presence of women in a sector in which mostly men work. The group ensures fair treatment, both in representation and career development, so as to strengthen parity.

In line with the French decree of 8 January 2019 on gender equality, the Econocom group’s average gender equality index is 83 points out of 100.
This index is based on the calculation of five indicators:
gender pay gap
percentage of female employees having enjoyed a pay rise following their return from maternity leave
gender gap in individual pay-rise rates
number of employees of the least-represented gender among the ten employees having received the highest levels of pay
gender gap in rates of job promotion
