Client context

As France’s leading leaser, the client is a major player in the country’s housing policy. They wanted Econocom to support them in an end-to-end service offering in workstations.

The client was planning an industrial-scale roll-out of 7,400 workstations on 1,000 sites (integration, packaging, stock, delivery, installation, maintenance and taking back the workstations).

Support from Econocom

Econocom supported the client through a pay-per-user financing model tailored to use, integrating the equipment and financial management of the estate. Econocom also provided its technical expertise in rolling out Dell master structures in a multi-OS, multi-manufacturer estate. The high level of service quality was ensured using relevant indicators and reviewed at regular intervals (weekly for some up to half-yearly for others).

Thanks to Econocom’s support, the client transformed the operating model of its IT estate to become more flexible and offer higher quality. By renewing its estate of IT services, it was able to simplify uses, management, coordination and invoicing, and therefore improve its quality of service and user satisfaction.
