Nathalie Gicquel
Group General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors
Nathalie Gicquel is Group General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Nathalie is a renowned legal expert, with 30 years’ wide-ranging experience, 10 of which were spent as an international lawyer and 20 as Legal Director and Company Secretary for large and mid-size groups, during which she had considerable experience navigating organizations through change, growth, transformation and crises.
Nathalie has worked in a variety of industry sectors but primarily in a technological background and in various types of ownership structure – listed companies, family-owned businesses and private equity firms – working on major projects involving changing organizations and governance.
Before joining Econocom, she was Company Secretary for Expleo Group (2018-2021), where she structured the company secretarial department and oversaw major strategic projects. She was also Group Legal Director for SEGULA Technologies (2012-2018), where she oversaw the group’s recovery plan. Nathalie also has considerable experience structuring and organizing legal departments.
She was appointed Group General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors in March 2024.
A trained lawyer, Nathalie also holds a post-graduate degree in Corporate and Tax Law from the University of Rennes.
Sophie Latourrette
Group Director of Talent Management & HR Coordinator
Sophie Latourrette is Group Director of Talent Management & HR Coordinator.
Sophie has over 25 years’ human resources experience in a variety of countries and industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals, technology and consulting. Thanks to her talent management and organizational development experience with Guerbet, Transearch, Novartis, Syngenta and more recently Servier, she has successfully supported Econocom’s business in implementing strategic transformations projects.
In 2022, she joined Econocom as Group Director of Talent Management, helping management with key talent acquisition, organization, succession planning and managing the TOP 70. In September 2024, she also took over coordination of the group’s HR teams, devising and implementing HR strategy in accordance with the “One econocom” strategic plan, and managing the holding company HR activities.
Sophie is a graduate of EFAP and IGS.
Asma Mnasser
Group Communications Director
Asma Mnasser is Group Communications Director at Econocom.
Asma brings over 17 years of experience in corporate communications at Syngenta, a global agriculture company, where she held key roles at the European level. In particular, she has designed and led communication strategies supporting major transformations in a complex and highly exposed environment, helping to strengthen the group’s visibility and reputation.
Her recognized expertise in corporate communications, media relations, digital and event communications will be a major asset in deploying Econocom’s brand communication and reinforcing our position as a European player to accelerate business growth and the delivery of the “One Econocom” strategic plan.
A graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux, Asma holds a joint Master’s degree in Politics, Communication and Society with Université Laval (Quebec). She is also certified in Leadership, Coaching and Change Management by ESSEC Business School.
