- Employment of people with disabilities: Econocom aims to have 6% of its employees with disabilities by 2028. To achieve this, the Group is putting in place specific facilities and support systems. In 2024, the rate will be 5.8% in France.

- Gender equality: The company is aiming for a score above 90/100 on the Gender Equality Index, in particular by ensuring fair pay, equal career opportunities and policies favouring women's access to management positions. Our score is 92/100 in France.

- Cultural and intergenerational diversity: Econocom values diversity by encouraging the integration of talent from all backgrounds and generations, thus promoting an inclusive and dynamic working environment. The Econocom Group is also a signatory of the Diversity Charter.
