After setting up Digital Security in June 2015, Europe’s first CERT™ partially dedicated to IoT, then Cyber Security in September 2015, which combines the expertise of Altasys, Clesys and Econocom, specialists in audit, consulting and integration for security solutions, Econocom Group announced today the merger of its two companies Digital Security and Cyber Security to form Digital Security, Econocom Group.
With around 180 specialists and nearly €20 million revenue this year, Digital Security is already among the top 5 security specialists.
“This new entity combines seasoned experts in the field of continuous improvement to IT and digital solutions security with the intelligence capabilities to anticipate threats and neutralise them,” explained Bruno Grossi, Executive Director of Econocom Group. “It will enable us to offer our clients a comprehensive range of added-value services to address the challenges of security for the digital transformation.”
Jean-Claude Tapia, currently Chairman of Digital Security and Gilles Auffret, now Managing Director of Cyber Security, will be heading this new company.
