Publication of the Econocom CSR Manifesto to underpin our convictions
 

Publication of our second impact report on our actions as a Responsible Digital Entrepreneur. This report demonstrates the Group's determination to measure the impact of its actions to promote responsible digital business in a concrete and ongoing way, in conjunction with its ecosystem.

Increase in the employment rate of people with disabilities from 2.6% in 2018 to 5% in 2023.
 

A new global approach called "Work21" coordinated by the HR Department with 

Management and the IT Department, with the aim of developing and implementing new solutions around 4 areas:
- teleworking 2 days a week;
- IT tools ;
- design of collaborative spaces;
- supporting managers in organising hybrid work.

For the first time, Econocom has been listed in the Financial Times' Diversity Leaders ranking. This ranking places us 753 out of 850 companies assessed in Europe, and 60 out of 65 in the information technology, software and services category, in recognition of our commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Econocom is a member of the Institut du Numérique Responsable (Institute for Digital Responsibility).

Econocom Factory was awarded the 2023 Environment Prize. The award reflects the brand's commitment to the environment, particularly in its core business of refurbishing digital hardware.

Our SBTi submission should be validated by mid-2024. Econocom has committed to this initiative with carbon reduction plans aligned with the Paris Agreement, committing to limit the global temperature increase to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.

Anti-corruption training for all Group employees via e-learning

The Ethics Committee has rolled out its first ethical procedures. They complement the principles of the Code of Business Conduct concerning:

gifts and invitations;

patronage and sponsorship;

a whistleblowing platform for all our stakeholders.

A donation operation carried out with our customers, Emmaüs Connect (charitable organisation) and Ateliers Sans Frontières (Workshops without Borders). With the support of 4 of our customers, including EdF, we donated computers to Emmaüs 

Connect to help refugee families (particularly from Ukraine) to get online, seek work and take online courses. Refurbished by ASF (Ateliers sans frontières, Arès group), our partner in the social economy, this hardware is proof of the immediate social impact of the circular economy.
 

Donation of nearly 646 refurbished computers and tablets to a number of partner associations.
