The Palace of Versailles has outsourced management of its distributed infrastructure to Econocom as part of its IT enhancement program aimed at deploying support and supply services in accordance with ITIL.
Econocom's services involve 400 workstations, 25 applications, and 20 servers, as well as the remote administration and supervision of 22 servers located on site.
Econocom supervises the management of:
- support incidents;
- configuration;
- implementation;
- capacity;
- service continuity;
- financing.
In order to ensure the end-to-end management of this project, Econocom’s sales agent set up a dedicated access number as well as a call center at our shared remote services center in Ulis, in the Essonne region.
