IT Support IT Level 2 – Dutch speaking

Function
- Integrated in an Econocom team, you will give support to customer users for IT related problems (hardware, software and others) not solved by the first level support.
- You solve the incidents and technical problems like office applications and other complex applications of level 2 by phone.
- You do the follow up of the tickets you are responsible for and reduce back log of level 2 in order to respect the incidents response time.
- You propose alternative solutions and write procedures and make sure that the level 1 received sufficient information.
- By your professionalism you will ensure the promotion of the services of our IT service desk to the customer users
Profile:
- Passionate by IT, you like to share your knowledge with others and resolve their problems.
- You have a proven experience in IT support of level 1 and did already solve incidents of level 2.
- You have a good knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, and also a basic knowledge of networks and telecommunication (TCP/IP).
- You are logical minded and well structured so that you can easily find out the root causes of the problems.
- You speak perfectly Dutch and moderate French and English.
