Job Description:
- Integrated in a team Econocom, you will give support in first line to customer users for PC's related problems via telephone.
- After an accurate identification of the cause of the user problem, you will register it in the system.
- You solve problems and if needed, you will make a timely escalation of the more complex problems to second level support group.
- By your professionalism, you will insure the promotion of the services of our IT service desk to the customer users.
Profile :
- Preferably 6 months experience in a call center, high interest in IT and keen on establishing a career in IT.
- Knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (MS WIN 9x, NT, 2000 or XP or Linux), standard software packages and basic networks.
- Fluent in French and Dutch with good knowledge of English.
- Service-minded, communication skills, stress resistant, team-spirit, organised, problem-solving, precise, assertive.
