Support IT junior – Dutch speaking

Location: Technopolis, Salé, Morocco
Function:
- Integrated in an Econocom team, you will give support in first line to customer users for computer related problems by phone (hardware, software and others).
- After an accurate identification of the cause of the problem, you will register it in the system.
- You solve problems and if needed, you will make a timely escalation of the more complex problems to a specialized team.
- By your professionalism you will ensure the promotion of the services of our IT service desk to the customer users.
Profile:
- Passionate by IT, you like to share your knowledge with others and resolve their problems.
- A first professional experience in an IT call center is a must.
- You have a good knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, and also a basic knowledge of networks and telecommunication (TCP/IP).
- You are logical minded and well structured so that you can easily find out the root causes of the problems.
- You speak perfectly Dutch and moderate French and English.
